The story goes that Brian and Meghan Splawn met working on popular Food Network show. Young, dumb, and in love they started a family first and later Studio Splawn was born. Side-by-side they’ve produced hundreds of images and videos for everything from small business to big brands and even a cookbook or two.

Meet Brian
Brian Splawn has spent over 15 years creating dynamic lighting for television and commercials. In 2019, he started Pioneer Lighting and Grip a film and photo lighting business. Taking his years of experience beyond lighting, Brian started Studio Splawn in 2020 with his wife and creative partner Meghan.
Brian is our photographer, gaffer, and DJ on set. You can find Brian biking, rock climbing and enjoying a cold one when he is not on set.
Meet Meghan
Meghan Splawn is a media and marketing expert with over 15 years food media. She’s done everything from cookbook project management to recipe development and food styling. Meghan cohosts a weekly podcast on feeding families called Didn’t I Just Feed You
Meghan is Studio Splawn’s creative director and production coordinator. She loves working with brands to create content strategies and rad recipes. You’ll also see her work as a food stylist in all our food content.
Meghan is an avid baker and is probably sweeping up sprinkles as we speak.
